Disconnect two wires connected to the lamp. Identify which one is power (+12V) and which one is ground (GND). Connect +12V to the PCB terminal +12V and back to the lamp. Connect the GND wire to the GND PCB terminal. Connect the remaining lamp lead to PCB terminal Lamp.

Can be used with headers.
